FOX CELEBRITY BOXING: "best TV since the launch of That70sShow" 13 MAR. 2002. Kick-Ass! That rocked so much harder than you'd believe. I don't watch boxing at all, but to see these celebs in motion, may change my attitude about watching people beat the crap out of each other. Two out of three of my "picks" came through... Vanilla Ice, brutha... you let me down. 4 Reasons why it kicked ass. ONE: out of the public eye. Aside from "where are they now?" type material, most these "celebs" have been out of the public's eye for some time. (and some have spent some time on CourtTV). We always like to see how people turned out. Especially child-actors. Hard to believe GregBrady is 47!!! TWO: not trained. These people aren't fighters... most smiled for living. Knock dem m*thuf*ckin' teeth out!!!! WHOOHOO! THREE: you don't know the payout or scripted end. hehe Whether the fights are fixed it doesn't matter. Did anyone have a $$$ deal where they had to last 3 rounds or else no payola? Who got paid the most? FOUR: Hey Vanilla Ice.... "Willis kicked your ass!!!" and now.. the key moments: GoldenPalace.com Tattoos. Billboards scrawled across the backs and shoulders of at least one celeb each fight. Were those the lesser paid celebs, therefore needed more sponsorship? Does this happen in other sports? Did FOX know about it? Does FOX own the casino... ahhhhh? Partridge Poops on Brady Do I need to explain this any further? Sheesh. STOMP!!! ... you could tell GregBrady wanted to win. VanilliaIce Creamed Hey, Rob Van Winkle... "Willis kicked your ass!!!" Paula gets pummeled and pounded. She lasted longer than i thought. As she was scheduled at the last minute, you could tell it was about the fun and money. Tonya slapped her back to the days of pounding the prez. Just plain funny. Each bout was a mixed metaphor of how varied a celeb's limelight can be. Thank you FOX.
