Killer new band... Hot Action Cop
This hip-rock band just might save radio listeners from the record industry's infatuation with Creed and Blink 182 sound-alikes. Signed to LAVA, an Atlantic farm label... thanks to my uncle for the lead.

One part hiphop, one part teenage boy, three parts rock. This video kicks ass and is Mtv ready... whoever produced it, did an amazing job:
>> WATCH THE VIDEO for "Fever for the Flava"

The last time I pushed a new artist this strong upon a first listen... it was Maroon 5 before they got great attention from radio and Mtv... guess we'll see if the industry licks the finger of HotActionCop.

visit the HotActionCop site.

Enjoy!!!

Hey Internet from the PurplePalace... and still moving...

Been moving crap since Wednesday night... just got this minimal box set up to test the connection. Moving with a cable modem is relatively easy. As long as the cable is hooked-up and everything worked at the last residence... you're golden. BUT... have to make an additional appointment for the cable run for the living/sunroom for the TV at the other end of the house. Seems like it takes multiple trips for any utility.

INTRO... PurplePalace...
The place is upstairs in a house, like the other loft, but super-HUGE! I took some pics just as I was moving stuff in the first load last week and will prolly take pics while the place in shambles. For it makes for a better story. :)

WHY THE MOVE?
The past two and half years have been financially tough, and I needed a break. So, I've moved down the street and around the corner from Inman Park, on a lovely road i fondly call "crack street." The building isn't quite as old as my old abode, but has many similarities. It's...
  • clean
  • ultra tall celiings
  • unusable fireplaces
  • spiral-ish staircase in front entrance
  • deck in both front and back
  • W/D hookups
  • roman tub with supah-jets (woohoo)
  • private entrance up a long wooden stairwell from the back (park here, friends)
  • big enuff for all my stuff (1700sq ft?)
  • cheaper, and now I can share the utilities with my roomie-zoom-zoomay.

Still a whole lot left to move. Priority for today: Get my "master control" set-up properly... carrying huge monitors and TVs sucks ass.

I've got my knee brace and a bottle of Gatorade.
