Successfully planned, conceptualized, designed, directed, produced, and deployed over 1500 Web, identity, print, and software projects for organizations in the following industries: apparel, architecture, automotive, beverage, broadcast, chemical, education, financial, government, health, home search/building/improvement, hospitality, legal, medical, music, newspaper, non-profit, printing, real estate, recruitment, restaurant, software, sports, textiles, telecommunications, and training.
Re-structured and re-designed a bandwidth-intensive, profit, and user-centric site architecture with high-impact branding to support a Top 10 popular "satire" entertainment Web destination, in we successfully un-tapped revenue streams, in-turn yielding a 30% increase in monthly revenue within the first 3 months(subsequently 300% increase within 6 months) of restructuring, despite the post "dot-com" economy using "Viral Grassroots" and traditional broadcast media promotion through "Talk Jock Rox Theory of PR".
Established, recruited and led a technology-driven Creative Department with a "Creative Teamwork Model" that self-produced process and technology guidelines, propelling the department into profitability within 9 months of conception.
Developed a scalable "Information Architecture and Design Process Model" for corporate site-planning with a focus on usability, design, functionality, and revenue-building.
In 1997, pioneered Atlanta's first local streaming Internet Indie Radio Show, RadioWIRED.com, Cox(1998). Followed by streaming technology design for SongScope.com(1999). (Subsequently, launching GeorgiaMusicRadio.com Network.)
In 1997, developed the "High-Impact, Low Bandwidth Theory of Design", involving techniques for conceptualizing, planning and designing engaging Web content production for low-bandwidth users.
Managed, designed and produced a monthly, multi-locale print publication with a distribution of over 500,000.
